Stock-Selling Process

This is the process, agreed upon by the Club in April, 2021 (see Meeting Minutes), for raising cash when it is needed and no motion to sell one or more particular stocks has been successful. This may be to pay a member's full or partial withdrawal, to have enough funds for one or more stock purchases, or for another reason.

Process

1. Identify the median value for the Club's portfolio.

2. Sell pro rata among the stocks that are above the median.

3. Target number of stocks to hold in the group will be 20 +/- 1.
