About the Raging Bull Investment Club (RBIC)

A legal partnership, the RBIC began in 1996 and is still going strong, with around 20 members/partners and 20 stocks in our portfolio. We meet monthly, on the first Tuesday of the month.

The RBIC is all about the three E’s: Education, Enrichment, and Enjoyment.

Education. Several times a year, our monthly meeting is an educational program, to learn from experts on relevant topics, which have included artificial intelligence, energy generation and distribution, the impact of climate and environmental change, biotech and the development of new pharma, and more.

Enrichment. We are not speculators, but seek to invest in companies for the long haul. At most meetings, two members team up to give a presentation on an industry and two of the leading companies in that space, which we may vote to invest in. We also regularly analyze and evaluate our investments—each member also keeps an eye on one of the companies we own—and make buy/sell adjustments as warranted. We have almost always surpassed the major indices in annual gains. (In 2023, our portfolio’s value increased over 45%.)

Enjoyment. We occasionally get together socially separate from regular meetings to build community and learn from each other. Members come from a variety of backgrounds, add value from their own knowledge and experiences, and enjoy each other’s company and perspectives.
